Plaintiff ScrapSource, LLC, filed its First Motion for Continuance on August 1, 2018. In
the Motion, ScrapSource made reference t0 the Affidavit 0f Larry Olschwanger as Exhibit A to
the Motion, but inadvertently failed to attach the Affidavit to the Motion. ScrapSource regrets

BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Larry Olschwanger, who,
being by me duly sworn, deposed as follows:
1. My name is Larry Olschwanger. I am over the age 0f eighteen, of sound mind, have
never been convicted of a felony 0r crime 0f moral turpitude, and am otherwise fully competent to
make this affidavit.
2. Iam the president and majority owner of ScrapSource, LLC (“ScrapSource”). It is
my intention to attend the trial 0f the above-styled lawsuit, in which ScrapSource is a plaintiff, as
the corporate representative 0f ScrapSource. It isalso my intention t0 testify as a witness 0n behalf
0f ScrapSource.
3. Iam scheduled t0 travel out 0f state for a vacation with my family during the week
0f August 27, 2018. My return travel t0 Dallas is scheduled for Friday August 3 1, 201 8. I therefore
am unable to attend trial 0n August 27. Iwould be available t0 attend trial as soon as Monday,
September 3, 201 8.
