Dear Judge Kennedy:
Bill Youngkin and I have been in ongoing discussions about attempting to
present t0 you a concise statement 0f the issues remaining in this case. We
intend t0 submit our positions to you as soon as possible.
Within the past two weeks, some 0f the relatives previously uninvolved in
the case have indicated a willingness t0 pay their portions 0f back—due taxes. Mr.
Youngkin and I want t0 give these heirs some time t0 accomplish this, as this
payment would almost certainly resolve some of the issues remaining in the case.
With that in mind, Mr. Youngkin and I respectfully request that you
refrain from acting 0n the matters before the Court until the first 0f February 0r
until we contact you with updated information.
