San Francisco, State of California, for an Order Authorizing Summary Disposition of
Decedent's Estate, under the provisions of Probate Code §§ 7660, et seq., coming
before the Court ex parte, in Department 204 of the above-captioned court.
THE COURT, AFTER EXAMINING THE EX PARTE PETITION AND THE
EVIDENCE, HEREBY FINDS:
That ali notices have been duly given as required by local rule, and that good
cause exists for granting the petition. ,
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the San Francisco Public Administrator is
hereby authorized to:
1. Withdraw money or take possession of any other property of the decedent
that is in the possession or control of a financial institution, government or private

agency, retirement fund administrator, insurance company, licensed securities dealer,
2. Collect any debts owed to the decedent, including, but not limited to, any
rents, issues, or profits from the real and personal property in the estate until the estate
is distributed; .
3. With or without notice, as the Public Administrator elects, sell any
personal property of the decedent, including, but not limited to, stocks, bonds, mutual
funds and other types of securities;
4. Pay out any money of the estate pursuant to Probate Code § 7662; and
5: Distribute any remaining money or property of the decedent pursuant to
Probate Code § 7663, after which the Public Administrator shall:
