AGREED ORDER OF ABATEMENT

Came on to be heard the Plea in Abatement filed by Defendant, GreenEco Builders, LLC
(“Defendant”). The Court, having considered the Motion, the Response filed on behalf of
Plaintiffs, Robert Welch and Jennifer Welch, (“Plaintiffs”), and arguments of counsel, is of the
opinion that said Plea in Abatement should be granted. It is therefore,

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that Defendant's Plea in Abatement is granted.
It is further,

ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall specify, in writing and in reasonable detail, each alleged
construction defect made the basis of Plaintiffs’ Original Petition, including the nature and cause
of each alleged construction defect …
