                                      ORDER OF PARTIAL DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

                          On this day came the Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs, BENJAMIN KYLE JOHNSON and

                 ANDREWS CLEANING SERVICE, by and through theirattorney of record, and announced that

                 all matters in controversy between Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs, BENJAMIN KYLE JOHNSON

                 and ANDREWS CLEANING SERVICE and Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant ROBERT CARR have

                 been compromised and settled and Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs, BENJAMIN KYLE JOHNSON

                 and   ANDREWS         CLEANING         SERVICE       no  longer    desire  to   prosecute   this  case   against

                 Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant ROBERT CARR, and the Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs announced

                 that they  desire  an  Order   of Partial  Dismissal    With   Prejudice   to be entered   by  this Court   with

                 respect to their claims in this case; and the Court, having reviewed the papers on file in this cause

                 and after hearing the announcement of the Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs, is of the opinion that an

                 Order   of Partial   Dismissal   With   Prejudice    should   be entered   dismissing    Defendants/Counter-

                 Plaintiffs,  BENJAMIN        KYLE     JOHNSON        and  ANDREWS         CLEANING        SERVICE'S       claims

                 against Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant ROBERT CARR, with prejudice, with Court costs to be taxed

                 against the party incurring same.       All other claims shall remain pending.

                          It is  accordingly     ORDERED, ADJUDGED                and   DECREED        by  the   Court   that  the

                 Defendants/Counter-Plaintiffs,       BENJAMIN        KYLE      JOHNSON       and   ANDREWS         CLEANING

                 SERVICE's cause of action         against Plaintiff/Counter-Defendant ROBERT CARR be and same

                 are hereby dismissed, with prejudice, with Court costs to be taxed against the party incurring same.
