Evidence Motion for Summary Judgment. After considering the Motion, the record, arguments 0f
counsel, and all applicable authorities, the Court hereby GRANTS AAK Electric’s Motion.
It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that Defendant AAK Electric
LLC’s Traditional and No—Evidence Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby granted in its
entirety and all of Plaintiffs claims and causes 0f action against Defendant AAK Electric are hereby
dismissed with prejudice.
