Barfield Home Inspections as a Responsible Third Party and Plaintiffs’ Objection to the same.
After considering the motion along with the arguments of counsel, the Court finds that the
objection should be SUSTAINED, and Defendant DSW be given fourteen days from entry of this
order to plead facts alleging a duty owed by Barfield to Plaintiffs.
