AGREED ORDER MODIFYING ALIMONY
On the date set forth below, the court was notified that the parties have reached an
agreement with regard to the Petition to Terminate Spousal Support filed by David Schieszer,
Petitioner.
Appearances
Petitioner, David Schieszer, did not appear in person but has agreed to the terms of this
order as evidenced by his signature below.
Respondent, Kerrie Schieszer, has agreed to the terms of this order as evidenced by her
signature below.
Record
A record of the testimony was waived with the consent of the Court.
Findings
The Court finds that the order has been agreed to by the parties as reflected by their
respective signatures below and the signatures of their respective counsel. The Court finds that
the parties have entered into a written agreement as contained in this order by virtue of having
approved this order as to both form and substance. To the extent permitted by law, the parties
stipulate the agreement is enforceable as a contract. The Court approves the agreement of the

parties as contained in this Agreed Order.
Order
It is therefore ORDERED that the Alimony provisions of the Final Decree of Divorce
rendered on July 31, 2015 are modified as follows:
David A. Schieszer shall pay to Kerrie Schieszer as alimony:
1 $3,000.00 on or before December 7, 2019 by 5:00 p.m.;
2. $3,500.00 on or before January 1, 2019; and
3 Eleven (11) payments of $1,500.00 per month, beginning with the first payment on or
before February 1, 2019 and a like payment on the first day of each month thereafter,
until the last payment on December 1, 2019, provided all payments have been made.
IT IS ORDERED that the foregoing payments shall satisfy all requirements for the payment of
alimony under the Decree including the alimony payments in the amount of $2,500.00 for the
months of June, July, August, September, October, November and December, 2018 and alli
future payments and shall not be conditioned upon any action or required action by Kerrie
Schieszer.
Attorney's Fees and Costs
IT 1S ORDERED that all attorney’s fees and costs of court are to be borne by the party
who incurred them.
Discharge from Discovery Retention Requirement
IT IS ORDERED that the parties and their respective attorneys are discharged from the
requirement of keeping and storing the documents produced in this case in accordance with rule
191.4(d) of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.
Relief Not Granted
If IS ORDERED that all relief requested in this case and not expressly granted is denied.
All other terms of the prior orders not specifically modified in this order shall remain in full
