MOTION TO EQUALIZE PEREMPTORY CHALLENGES
This Motion to Equalize Pcrcmptmy Challenges is brought by Daniel Vaughan and
Karen Vaughan, Petitioners, who show in support:
1. Aaron Vaughan and Lacy Vaughan arc aligned as to all issues in this trial,
including but not limited to the relief they have requested. The pleadings 0f both these parties
are identical.
2. There is no adversary relationship between Aaron Vaughan and Lacy Vaughan.
In the interest of faimess and equity, Aaron Vaughan and Lacy Vaughan should have a total of
six peremptory jury strikes between them.
Daniel Vaughan and Karen Vaughan prays that the Court grant the Motion to Equalize
Peremptory Challenges.
