On October 31, 2013, there was a Psychosocial Assessment and Bonding Assessment conducted by Julianne D. Davis, PHD, between LACY VAUGHAN and the children subject 0f this suit Julianne D. Davis, PHD. recommends frequent regular visitation for mother and children. Sec attached Sunmlaryx’Recormnendatinn 0f Julianne D. Davis: PHD attached hereto m. Exhibit A. 3. Further. the public policy of the Stare of 'l‘cxas to assure that children m’ll is have frequent and continuing contact with parents who have shown the ability to act in the best interest OfIhe children.
