In this action to recover the outstanding balance due on a retail installment loan, Plaintiff
moves for an Order striking Defendants’ answer to the complaint herein based upon Defendants’
failure to respond to various discovery demands previously served on Defendant. The Court has

attached thereto;
2 Affirmation in Opposition and Exhibits 1 through 3 attached thereto; and
3 Reply Affirmation and Exhibits A through C attached thereto.
Upon reading the foregoing papers and due consideration having been given, it is hereby
ORDERED, that Plaintiff's motion is denied; and it is further
ORDERED, that the parties are directed to appear before the Court for a Preliminary
Conference on January 24, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
