                              UPON      reading   and   filing  the  annexed    affirmation    of  STEVEN      A.   STEIGERWALD,

                     affirmed   the  12th  day  of  June,  2019,   together  with   exhibits  annexed    hereto,  and  upon   all papers


                     and  proceedings    heretofore   had   and  filed herein;
                              LET,   the  defendants   Ultimate    Class  Limousine     and  Steven   Romeo     by their  attorneys,   as


                     well  as the   Suffolk  County    District  Attorney    and  the  Suffolk   County    Police   Department     show


                     cause  before   this Court,   at a  Special  Term,   Part  ___,  before   the Hon.                           of the


                     Supreme       Court     of    the    State    of    New      York,     County      of    Suffolk,     located     at

                     o'clock  in  the forenoon    of that  day, or  as soon   thereafter  as counsel    can be  heard,  why   an  Order


                     should   not be  made   and  entered   in this action  for:



                              (a)  Permitting    the   inspection    of  the  2007    Lincoln    Taxi   owned     by   Ultimate    Class


                     Limousine     and  2005  Dodge    pickup   truck  owned    by  Steven  Romeo,     and  the component     parts  that


                     were   removed     from   the vehicles,   that  were   involved   in  the  incident  that  is the  subject  of  this


                     action  at their  current  location   or, in the  alternative,  permitting   the  vehicles  to be  removed     from


                     the  custody   of  the  Suffolk  County    Police   Department     and  transported    to  a storage   area  where


                     said  inspections   can  be  conducted    together   with  such  other  and  further  relief as the  Court   deems


                     just and  proper.




                               SUFFICIENT         reason   having   been   shown,   let service   of a copy   of  this Order,   together


                     with   the papers   submitted    in  support   thereof,  on  counsel   for  all parties  by  federal  express   and


                     personal    service  on   the  Suffolk   County    District  Attorney's    Office   at 725   Veterans    Memorial


                     Hwy,    William   J. Lindsay    County   Complex,     Building   77,  Hauppauge,     New   York   and  the  Suffolk


                     County    Police   Department     at Yaphañk    Avenue,    Yaphank,     New   York    or before  the  ___    day  of
