Estate of Brittney M. Schulman, Deceased, which seeks an Order directing the Suffolk
County District Attorney's Office to disclose to allPlaintiffs the names of allpersons
who testified before the Special Grand Jury and the persons and/or witnesses who were
publicly identified by the respective positions and/or titles that they held, New York
agencies, private and governmental experts, accident reconstruction experts, fact
eyewitnesses, employment positions with the defendants, and all other investigative
witnesses, together with exhibits attached to which stem from the Limousine accident
which occurred on July 18, 2015 at the intersection of County Road 48 and Depot Lane
in the Town of Southold.
3. Your affirmant adopts those arguments set forth in the instant application and joins this
application.
WHEREFORE, itis respectfully requested that this Honorable Court grant the underlying
motion for an Order releasing the names of all persons who testified before the Special Grand Jury
which Special Grand Jury investigation report was released to the public on September 20, 2016.
