        The Court finds that the motion has merit and should be GRANTED.

        IT IS THEREFORE          ORDERED,     ADJUDGED,        and DECREED     that Alicia Barkley is

discharged   as attorney/guardian ad litem of record        in the aforementioned   causes, and Jason

Mazingo is substituted as attorney/guardian ad litem of record for such cases.

        IT IS FURTHER          ORDERED    that Alicia Barkley release the file of each of the above-

listed cases, in its entirety, to Jason Mazingo.
