                         'COMES     NOW,     KAREN    BRETZKE,    the  Court   Appointed     Attorney    Ad  Litem   for the   above
                 named    child/children    and   in compliance    with   the  provisions   of Section   107.004(d)    of the  Texas
                 Family   Code   files this Statutory   Written   Statement.    Said  counsel   would    show   unto   the  Court  as

                 and   not  present   in court  at  this hearing   or  I have  met   with  the  individual   with  whom    the  child

                 the child  is younger that four years of age        if such person   is not present at this    court hearing. 'This
                 meeting    was   conducted     a  sufficient  time   before   this hearingto     allow   me   to  prepare   for  this
                 hearing   in accordance with the      child's expressed    objectives   of representation    and  was   in a private
                 setting  that allowed    for confidential   communications       between    us. Such   meeting   was:
