AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED that on July 2, 2009, MARK RICHARD HALL was adjudicated a
sexually violent predator as defined in Texas Health & Safety Code § 841.003. BE IT FURTHER
REMEMBERED that MARK RICHARD HALL’s Order of Civil Commitment and Final Judgment
were amended after notice and a hearing pursuant to Senate Bill 746 § 40(b) (2015). It is therefore:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that MARK RICHARD HALL is a sexually
violent predator as defined in Tex. Health & Safety Code § 841.003. MARK RICHARD HALL is
civilly committed for treatment and supervision coordinated by the Texas Civil Commitment Office
pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 841.081. MARK RICHARD HALL is committed to the
tiered program to be coordinated by the Texas Civil Commitment Office pursuant to Tex. Health &
Safety Code § 841.0831. MARK RICHARD HALL shall continue in such commitment until this
Court determines that his behavioral abnormality has changed to the extent that he is no longer
likely to engage in a predatory act of sexual violence in accordance with Tex. Health & Safety Code
§§ 841.103 (Biennial Review), 841.121 (Authorized Petition for Release), or 841.124
(Unauthorized Petition for Release).
This Order is effective immediately upon signing by the Court. All relief not granted herein
is DENIED.
