Plaintiff herein ("Plaintiff Rice"), shall move this Court in the Motion Support Office thereof at
the Courthouse located at 111 Dr. Maartin Luther King Jr. Blvd, White Plains, New York 10601,
0n the 8th day of May, 2023, at 9:30 o'clock in the forenoon of that day, or as soon thereafter as
counsel may be heard, for an Order (1) quashing, fixing conditions, or modifying Defendant’s
Subpoena Duces Tecum dated March 14, 2023, served upon Silvestro Spagnuolo c/o Spagnuolo
Tax Serves LLC pursuant to CPLR §2304, or, alternatively having a protective order issued
pursuant to CPLR 3103, and (2) granting Plaintiff such other and further relief as the Court deems
just and proper.
