PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a proceeding has been commenced in the Supreme Court,
Rockland County of the State of New York by the above-named Petitioner against the below-
named Condemnee, and is now pending in said Court and that the object of said action is that it
may be adjudged that public use requires the acquisition of the permanent and temporary
easements described on Exhibit “1” attached hereto and made a part hereof, the terms of said
acquisition to be as set forth in the Petition in the above-entitled proceeding, and that the Petitioner,
CHPE Properties, Inc., is entitled to take and hold such temporary easement through, under, and
on 57 North Route 9W, Haverstraw, New York 10927, and recorded in Instrument No. 2015-
00036316, for the public use as set forth in said Petition and that Petitioner, CHPE Properties, Inc.,
may have such other and further relief as the Court deems just and proper.

Recording Information: Instrument No. 2015-00036316
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Village and
Town of Haverstraw, County of Rockland and State of New York, and more particularly
bounded and described as follows, viz: BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of Conger
Avenue as shown on the map hereinafter mentioned, at the northeasterly corner of lands
heretofore conveyed by the said Sidney Z. Glick and Tillie S. Glick, his wife, to Michael Reilly
and Elizabeth Reilly, his wife, by deed dated July 26th 1951 and recorded in the Rockland
County Clerk’s Office in Liber 530 if Deeds at page 445;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along the northerly line of lands conveyed as aforesaid to
Michael Reilly and Elizabeth Reilly, his wife, 147 feet to the easterly line of lands conveyed by
the said Sidney Z. Glick and Tillie S. Glick, his wife, to Joseph Quemeneur and Yvette
Quemeneur, his wife;
RUNNING THENCE northerly along the same 76 feet to the southerly line of lands formerly of
Rockland Properties Inc.;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along the same about 125 feet to the westerly line of said Congers
Avenue; and
RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly line of said Congers Avenue 89.7 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
