System Configuration
Astra is pleased to submit Change Order #1 to the Terran Orbital + Astra
Tranche 1 Contract, fully executed on October 17th, 2022. Tyvak requests
the total quantity of Flight Models (FM) be reduced from 44 (42 FM and
2 spares) to 42 (42 FM and no spares). In addition, Tyvak requests the
total quantity of Engineering Development Units (EDUs) be reduced from
3 to 2.
Aside from the following, all other contract terms are to remain the
same. See below for pricing updates.
