ln addition to participating in the conference, you must also respond to any Court papers received. The number of days
you have to respond is stated in the Court paper called "Summons". Make sure you meet the deadline given in the
summons and any other deadline set by law. Please see the paper entitled 'Answering a Foreclosure
Complaint" (included herewith) for more information.

review, and the expected date of the decision;
lf Plaintiff or servicer has denied a medication application, provide the denial letter with the reason for
denial and the date input fields and values for the net present value evaluation. lf thedenialwas basedon
an investor restriction, provide documentary evidence showing the bases for the denial, such as a po oling
and servicing agreement;
