Comes Now the Potential Plaintiffs, LULA POPE and LEBERRIAN POPE, by and
through their undersigned counsel, pursuant to Section 766.104(2) of the Florida Statutes, and
hereby petitions the Clerk of this Court, where suit will be filed, for an automatic ninety (90) day
extension of the Statute of Limitations in order to allow counsel for the Potential Plaintiffs to
conduct the reasonable investigation into the above captioned matter as required by Section
766.104(1) of the Florida Statutes, of the potential claims and any derivative claims against the
above named Defendants and any other individuals/entities that may have been involved in the
care and or treatment of LULA POPE
