above named Defendant(s).
You are being sued by the Plaintiff to require you to move out of the place you are living in for reasons
stated in the attached complaint. You are entitled to a hearing on whether you can be required to move, but you
MUST first do ALL of the things listed below:
Pursuant to Florida law, within (5) days after the date this summons was served on you, or someone living
with you, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays; you are required to:
(1) Write down the reasons why you think you should not be forced to move. The original of your
written reasons must be given to or mailed to: County Court Civil Division, 400 South Street, Titusville, FL
32780.

(3) You MUST pay $0.00, in rent due, plus a Clerk's fee of $0.00, into the court registry and any rent that
becomes due until the lawsuit is over OR file a motion for the court to determine the amount of rent to be paid into
the registry. Failure to pay this amount or to file a motion to determine rent constitutes an absolute waiver for all
defenses to eviction other than payment, and the landlord will be entitled to an immediate default without further
notice or hearing. In the event a motion to determine rent is filed, documentation to support your claim that the rent
as stated in the complaint is in error, is required.
(4) Not personal checks will be accepted. Payment must be made by cash, money order, or cashier's check.
