2. On or before July 8, 2024 at noon, Counsel for Wife shall submit a memorandum of law
citing legal authority upon which during the pendency of a divorce action, a
Massachusetts Probate and Family Court can enjoin the sale of a foreign corporation (in
this instance a Georgia corporation) or the property and buildings located outside the
Commonwealth that are owned by said foreign corporation.
If the Defendant is served with the Divorce Complaint and Summons prior to July 8.
2024, Counsel may file a motion to advance the review hearing along with the
submission of the legal memoranda set forth above.
