  UNOPPOSED            MOTION TO WITHDRAW                      AS COUNSEL FOR CASEY HAWKIN’S
                                               GLASS, INC.

       Alec Masson Esq. and the law firm of Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo, and Cohen

hereby file this Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Third Party Defendant, CASEY HAWKIN’S

GLASS, INC.         ("HAWKINS"), and in support thereof, states:

       1. The undersigned was retained by one of HAWKIN’s                        carriers and filed a Notice of

Appearance in this action on February 22, 2021. See Exhibit A.

       2. HAWKINS           is also represented by counsel Phillip S. Howell Esq., Kyle R. McNeal,

Esq.   and    the     law   firm   of   Galloway,        Johnson,      Tompkins,        Burr   &   Smith,    P.L.C.

(“GALLOWAY”). Their notice of appearance was filed in this action on February 26, 2021. See

Exhibit B.

       3. HAWKINS           and GALLOWAY           agree to the withdrawal of Alec Masson Esq. and the

law firm of Luks, Santaniello, Petrillo, and Cohen, that they are relived of further responsibility,

and that GALLOWAY will remain counsel of record for HAWKINS.

       4. All further pleadings,        motions,    notices,    correspondence,        communications     and other

documents should be served in accordance with Exhibit B.

       WHEREFORE,            the undersigned       and   the   law   firm   of Luks,    Santaniello,   Petrillo, and

Cohen respectfully requests the Court enter an Order granting this Motion to Withdraw as

Counsel
for Third Party Defendant, HAWKINS.       Attached hereto as Exhibit C is a proposed unopposed

Order.

The       Court    having     reviewed     the Unopposed          Motion   to Withdraw     as Counsel     for CASEY

HAWKIN’S            GLASS,      INC. (“Motion”), the pleadings, and consent of co-counsel for CASEY

HAWKIN’S            GLASS, INC., and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, orders as follows:

      1     The Motion is GRANTED               and Alec Masson Esq. and the law firm of Luks, Santaniello,
