              THIS CAUSE came before the Court on “Defendant, Royal Oak Homes,

        LLC’s, Motion to Exclude Extrapolation Opinions of Plaintiff’s Experts on Daubert

        Grounds and Supporting Memorandum of Law,” filed February 5, 2024, and noticed

        as fully briefed on March 21, 2024 (the “Motion”). The Court, having reviewed the

        file, the Motion, the response in opposition to the Motion, the reply, and being
