                  settled this matter. Accordingly:

                                     IT IS HEREBY ORDERED                that the Stipulation, entered into between the Plaintiff and

                  the Defendant(s), Cassidy Hines, herein, is approved. The case against Cassidy Hines is hereby dismissed.

                  This Court reserves jurisdiction to enter such Orders as may be necessary to enforce the terms of said

                  Stipulation.

                            It is FURTHER ADJUDGED that within 5 days from the date of eservice of this Order/Judgment,

                  the plaintiff shall 1. Furnish a copy of this Order/Judgment to each self-represented party by U.S. Mail, first

                  class, postage paid.
