Pursuant to Practice Book §13-7, the undersigned defendants respectfully request
an extension of time for an additional 30 days from the date of this motion to comply with
the plaintiff’s interrogatories and requests for production dated January 11, 2024. Said
extension is requested to and until April 29, 2024.
This is defendants’ first such request for an extension of time.
The undersigned represents that this case is not yet appearing on any trial
assignment lists, and the requested extension will not prejudice the plaintiff.
For these reasons, the court should grant this motion.
