RULE NISI ORDER
The within and foregoing petition and complaint, filed on behalf of the State of Georgia against
the defendants the Urban Redevelopment Agency of the City of Doraville, Georgia (the “Agency”) and
the City of Doraville, Georgia (the “City”) by the District Attorney of the Stone Mountain Judicial
Circuit, in which said defendants are located, having been read and considered;
IT IS ORDERED that said petition and complaint be filed and that the defendants be served in
the manner provided by law;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Agency and the City, by their proper officers, appear
before the presiding judge of the DeKalb County Superior Court on the 6th day of May, 2024 at 8:30 a.m.
at the DeKalb County Courthouse in the City of Decatur, Georgia, and then and there make sworn answer
touching upon all matters contained in said petition and complaint and show cause, if any exists, why the
Agency's Revenue Bond, Series 2024 (the “Series 2024 Bond”), described in said petition and complaint,
and the security therefor (including the Contract and the Contract Payments referenced to in said petition
and complaint) should not be confirmed and validated.
In the meantime, the Clerk of this Court is hereby directed to cause to be published in the
official newspaper in which sheriff's advertisements appear in DeKalb County, once a week for two
weeks preceding the week of the hearing of this case, a notice to the public that this case will be heard on
the date specified above, that the validation of the Series 2024 Bond and the security therefor (including
the Contract) will be determined and that any citizen of the State of Georgia residing in DeKalb County
or any person wherever residing, who may have a right to object, may become a party to such proceeding.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of the petition and complaint and of this Order be served
upon the defendants, and the proper officers of the defendants make sworn answer, as is provided by law.
