that the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss, currently returnable before the Court on April 17, 2024,
has been adjourned on consent to May 17, 2024; and
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that all of Plaintiffs’ opposition
papers or amended pleadings shall be filed on NYSCEF on or before May 2, 2024; and
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that a reply, if any, to Plaintiffs’
opposition papers shall be filed on NYSCEF within 14 days following Plaintiffs’ filing of
opposition papers, or if amended pleadings are filed, that Defendants shall have thirty days to file
a responsive pleading or motion to dismiss; and
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED AND AGREED, that this Stipulation may be signed
in counterparts; and that electronic signatures shall be valid as original ink signatures.
