                  FIRST REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS


       COMES NOW, the Defendant/Crossclaim Defendant, DON KING'S CONCRETE,

INC. (“DON KING’S”), by and through its undersigned counsel, and responds to

Defendant/Crossclaim Defendant, BROWN & COMPANY ARCHITECTURE, INC.’S First

Request for Production of Documents, certificate of service date February 22, 2022, as

follows:


1.     Any and all contracts you entered into related to the Project.

      RESPONSE: DON KING’s objects to this request to the extent that it is overly
broad, unduly burdensome and not limited in time or scope. Subject to the

foregoing objections, all non-privileged documents in DON KING’S possession
responsive to this request are being produced under separate cover.

      examined or relied upon in performing your scope of services/work for the Project.
