               Pursuant to Rule 4-7.21(g)(3) of the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct, I hereby

        disclose that the undersigned and all attorneys and staff of the Law Office of William Woods are

        employees of Frank Winston Crum Insurance.
       Consistent with the intent of Rule 4-7.21(g)(3) and the comments thereto, which

recognize the public policy of not disclosing the existence of insurance coverage to juries, the

employment status of the undersigned and all attorneys with the Law Office of William Woods

will not be identified on any other pleadings and papers filed in this proceeding.
