                         UNAVAILABILITY

       PLEASE BE ADVISED that the undersigned counsel is unavailable during the

following time periods: November 24, 2021 through December 6, 2021; December 20,

2021 through January 7, 2022, April 13, 2022 through April 24, 2022, and June 6, 2022

through June 24, 2022, and will be unavailable for trials, hearings, and depositions during

these time periods. Counsel respectfully requests that trial, hearings and depositions not
be scheduled during these times, and also that motions, notices to produce, interrogatories

or other pleadings not be filed, which require timely response during this time period.

       The filing and service of this Notice shall constitute an application and request for

an extension and/or for a protective order, as may be required for the above reasons.
