                            EXPERT WITNESS DISCLOSURE

          COMES NOW, Defendant/Crossclaim Defendant, WOLF’S IRRIGATION AND

LANDSCAPING, INC. (“WOLF”), by and through its undersigned counsel, and hereby files its

Expert Disclosure as follows:

          1.     Bart Barrett, P.E.

                 Maitland, Florida 32751

          Mr. Barrett will offer opinions and is expected to testify as to WOLF’s scope of work and

alleged defects and deficiencies claimed in this matter. Mr. Barrett’s opinions and testimony will

include, but not be limited to, addressing the existence or non-existence, nature, and scope of

alleged construction defects identified in Plaintiff’s and Crossclaim Plaintiff’s forensic reports in

relation to the scope of work allegedly performed by WOLF at the Project. Mr. Barrett’s opinions

will be based on, but not limited to, his experience and training, project documents, site visits, and

information obtained through discovery and court records.

          Mr. Barrett’s Curriculum Vitae outlining his qualifications and areas of expertise and a

copy of his expert report will be sent to all counsel of record via electronic mail.

          2.     WOLF’S reserves the right to rely upon opinions or testimony of other expert

witnesses retained or otherwise identified by any other party, and to identify any and all expert

witnesses necessary to rebut and/or impeach any expert opinion or testimony provided in this

matter.

          WOLF’S further reserves the right to amend and/or supplement this Expert Witness

Disclosure as necessitated by future discovery, testimony, and/or other events in this matter.
