               This matter comes before the Court upon the Motion for Substitution of Counsel

        for All Glass Installation Corp. filed by attorney Eric J. Netcher. The Court, having

        reviewed the motion and being otherwise fully advised, orders as follows:

               1           The Motion for Substitution is GRANTED.

               2.      Attorney Eric J. Netcher is withdrawn as counsel of record for All Glass

        Installation Corp. in this action.

               3.          Eric J. Netcher is relieved of any further responsibility in this action.

               4       Attorney William M. Woods is substituted as counsel of record for All Glass

        Installation Corp.
