        Defendant, Weintraub Inspections & Forensic, Inc. n/k/a Weintraub Engineering and

Inspections, Inc., (“Weintraub”), by and through undersigned counsel, and pursuant to Florida

Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 1.720(e), hereby provides its Certificate of Mediation Authority and
