CONSTRUCTION OF SANFORD, INC., by and through their undersigned counsel, and pursuant

to Rule 1.720, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby file this Certificate of Authority, and states

as follows:

 1.     Mediation has been scheduled in this case for April 28, 2022, beginning at 9:00 a.m.,

 conducted by Devon Coughlan via Zoom.

 2.     William M. Woods, Esquire and/or Joseph M. Cline, Esquire with the Law Office of

 William Woods, will attend the mediation as ALL GLASS INSTALLATION CORP. and T&M

 CONSTRUCTION OF SANFORD, INC.’s counsel of record.

 3.     William M. Woods, Esquire and/or Joseph M. Cline, Esquire on behalf of Third-Party

 Defendants, ALL GLASS INSTALLATION CORP. and T&M CONSTRUCTION OF

 SANFORD, INC.’s will attend the mediation along with Brad Kilbourn and/or Rosa Womble as

 Carrier Representative(s) and William Santiago, Jr. and Terry Manley as client representatives

 on behalf of Frank Winston Crum Insurance and will have full settlement authority to negotiate

 and settle this case, pursuant to Rule 1.720, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
