               AGREED ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF VILLAS AT EMERALD

          LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.’S UNOPPOSED MOTION
               FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO DEFENDANT HUGH

                MACDONALD CONSTRUCTION, INC.’S MOTIONS IN LIMINE

                 This matter having come before the Court on Plaintiff, Villas at Emerald Lake

        Homeowners Association, Inc.’s Unopposed Motion for Extension to respond to

        Defendant Hugh MacDonald Construction, Inc.’s (“HMC”) Motions in Limine, and

        upon agreement of the parties, it is hereby ORDERED:

                 1.    Plaintiff shall have until March 28, 2024, to file a Response to HMC’s

        Motion to Exclude Expert Testimony of Plaintiff’s Expert Felix Martin and Motion

        in Limine with Respect to Extrapolation and Incorporated Memorandum of Law.

      2.     Plaintiff shall have until March 28, 2024, to file a Response to HMC’s

Motion to Exclude Under Daubert and Motion in Limine as to Plaintiff's Damages

and Incorporated Memorandum of Law.

      3.     HMC shall have until April 10, 2024 to file a Reply to Plaintiff's

Response, if necessary.
