                 CROSSCLAIM COMPLAINT

      THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Defendant/Crossclaim

Plaintiff, Royal Oak Homes, LLC flWa AYH Acquisition, LLC's ("Royal Ouk"),

Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Crossclaim Complaint (the

"Motion"), eFiled with this Court on March 24,2023, and the Court being advised

of the parties' agreement to entry of this Agreed Order, and being otherwise fully

advised in the premises,   it is hereby:

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

      1.    Royal Oak Homes, LLC f/k/a AVH Acquisition, LLC's Unopposed

            Motion for Leave to File Second Amended Complaint is            hereby

             GRANTED.

      2.     The Answer and Defenses to Plaintiffs Amended Complaint           and

             Second Amended Crossclaim Complaint attached        to the Motion   as


             Exhibit 66A" is filed as of the date of this Agreed Order granting the

             Motion.

      3.     Crossclaim Defendant TGK Stucco, Inc. shall have 20 days from the

             date of entry of this Agreed Order to respond to the Second Amended

             Crossclaim Complaint.

      4.     Crossclaim Defendant Brown + Company Architecture, Inc. shall have

             20 days from the date of entry of this Agreed Order to respond to the

             Second Amended Crossclaim Complaint
