             AGREED         ORDER GRANTING UNOPPOSED MOTION TO EXTEND
                             CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER DEADLIINES

               This cause having come before the Court on Plaintiff’s, Villas at Emerald

         Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. (“Association”), Unopposed Motion to Extend

        the Case      Management     Order    Deadlines,   agreement   of the parties and the Court

        having reviewed the pleadings and being otherwise fully advised, finds it is hereby:

               ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:

                1         Unopposed Motion to Extend the Case Management Order Deadlines

         is GRANTED.
2.      The operative Complex      Construction Case Management Order dated

April 12, 2023 (“CMO”) deadlines will be amended and/or extended as follows:


            a. Plaintiff's responses in opposition to Royal Oak’s dispositive motions

               will be due Wednesday, February 21, 2024.

            b. All parties’ responses to Daubert Motions and motions in /imine will be

               due Thursday, February 29, 2024.

            c. The   ten-day   post-opposition   filing   deadline   for   replies      to    filed

               oppositions will remain the same absent an agreement from the parties.
