                       AMENDED NOTICE OF UNAVAILABILITY

          PLEASE BE ADVISED that the undersigned counsel is unavailable during the time

periods: November 22, 2023 through December 1, 2023, December 22, 2023 through January 2,

2024, January 12, 2024 through January 15, 2024, April 1, 2024 through April 5, 2024, and

December 22, 2024 through January 2, 2025, and will be unavailable for trials, hearings, and

depositions during these time periods. Counsel respectfully requests that trial, hearings and

depositions not be scheduled during these times, and also that motions, notices to produce,

interrogatories or other pleadings not be filed, which require timely response during this time

period.

extension and/or for a protective order, as may be required for the above reasons.
