Service of Process, to Dismiss Amended Complaint for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction, or
Alternatively, for Failure to State a Claim and Motion to Exceed Page Limit [D.E. 205] (the
“Motion”), and the Court having reviewed the Motion, having noted that counsel for the Plaintiffs
do not object to the relief requested in the Motion, and being otherwise advised on the premises it is
hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion is hereby GRANTED.
2. Defendants shall have leave of Court to file an Omnibus Reply in support of their respective
