The Jury having delivered a Special Verdict on August 10, 2023. The Court hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES and DECREES as follows: Prior to Phase I Trial: 1. Judgment for Plaintiff Bettie C. Carrie Teasdale and against Defendant Michael Leroy Cass on Plaintiff s Third Cause 0f action of the First Amended Complaint for Breach of Contract in the amount of $1 5,000. 2. Judgment for Plaintiff Bettie C. Carrie Teasdale and against Defendant Michael Cass 0n plaintiff’s Seventh Cause of Action of the First Amended Complaint for Common Count 12 for Money Lent, awarding Plaintiff Bettie C. Carrie Teasdale interest on the $15,000 l3 award 10 percent per annum from at July 17, 2018 and continuing until the $1 5,000 l4 award is paid in full. The amount of interest as of July 17, 2023 is $9,] 57.65. That 15 interest shall continue to accrue at $6.62 per day from July l8, 2023 until the $15,000 judgment is paid in full. 3.
