This Action having been tried in Two Phases in Department 22 of the above-entitled

Court, the Hon. Judge David E. Driscoll, presiding and having received evidence on the

tentative Statement of Decision as to Phase I on April 17, 2023, which has become final.

The Court hereby ORDERS, ADJUDGES and DECREES as follows:
Prior to Phase I Trial:
1. Judgment for Plaintiff Bettie C. Carrie Teasdale and against Defendant Michael Leroy
Cass on Plaintiff s Third Cause 0f action of the First Amended Complaint for Breach of
Contract in the amount of $1 5,000.
2. Judgment for Plaintiff Bettie C. Carrie Teasdale and against Defendant Michael Cass 0n
plaintiff’s Seventh Cause of Action of the First Amended Complaint for Common Count
12 for Money Lent, awarding Plaintiff Bettie C. Carrie Teasdale interest on the $15,000
l3 award 10 percent per annum from

award is paid in full. The amount of interest as of July 17, 2023 is $9,] 57.65. That
