Kurt, Caj and Roland,
Mr. Glass was one of the individuals scheduled for mediation. Given the M&C demand and additional surgical
recommendation, we would like to have Glass seen for an IME immediately and prior to any further surgical
intervention. Please let us know if we need to seek the court's guidance on this issue.
Also, given this new surgical recommendation, we do not see that mediation for Mr. Glass would be fruitful on
September 22, 2023. We will reschedule his mediation for another date after we are afforded the opportunity
to evaluate the latest demand. That leaves 6 total claimants for mediation on September 22, 2023 which will
still make a full day.
