instruments evidencing or securing the above referenced loan and or the transaction
contemplated thereby (all such documents and instruments being referred to collectively
as the " Loan Documents").
You have failed to make monthly payments due under the Loan since the payment
due on January 1, 2024, and each month thereafter. As a result of your failure to cure the
default in payment of the Loan and pursuant to its rights under the Loan Documents, the
Lender hereby declares the entire principal amount of the Loan currently outstanding,
together with all accrued and unpaid interest and additional interest thereon and all other
sums and indebtedness due and payable by the Borrower under the Loan Documents or

charges and penalties) to be immediately due and payable.
This loan has been referred to the undersigned to commence a foreclosure action.
The fact that the Lender has not noted any other facts which constitute or form the
basis of a default or an event of default under the Loan Documents is not, and shall not be
deemed to be, a waiver of any default or event of default, whether now or hereafter existing
under the Loan Documents.
The Lender hereby reserves:
(1) the right to notify Borrower of any default, default or event of default under
the Loan Documents not noted herein;
(2) all of the Lender ' s rights and remedies with respect to any default or event of
default under the Loan Documents, whether now or hereafter existing and whether or not
noted herein.
This letter is without prejudice to, and fully and specifically reserves, any and all of
the rights and remedies of the Lender under the Loan Documents, at law or otherwise.
This letter shall not entitle the Borrower or any guarantor to any other or further
