Action by filing that certain Summons and Verified Complaint (the "Complaint") (Dkt. No. 1-6);
WHEREAS, defendant Shangri-La Astoria Inc. ("Defendant"), which has been duly served
with the Complaint, has, by its undersigned counsel, requested an extension of the time to file an
answer in response to the Complaint;
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Plaintiff and Defendant,
that:
1. The deadline for Defendant to file an answer in response to the Complaint is hereby
extended to and including April 19, 2024;
2. Any and all defenses Defendant may have based on personal jurisdiction, including,
