Under Mass. R. Civ. P. 15 (a), Defendant Walnut Hill School for the Arts (“Walnut
Hill” or “Defendant”), with the assent of counsel for Plaintiff Jennifer Bogdanovitch (“Dr.
Bogdanovitch”) for herself and her minor daughter, L.B. (collectively the “Plaintiff”), moves
to replace Exhibit E of the Defendant’s Opposition to Plaintiff’s Emergency Motion for
Temporary Restraining Order and/or Preliminary Injunction (“Opposition”) filed on April 1,
2024 in order to redact the name of a minor, L.B. The replacement of Exhibit E is consistent
with the other documents that the Parties have filed.
The purpose of the order is to protect the identity of the minor Plaintiff.
For the foregoing reasons, Defendant moves to amend its Opposition to substitute
Exhibit E for the attached revised Exhibit E.
