LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN B. HOVAN

REMEMBERED, Hovan of 5 Kenneth Road
that I
Georgetown, County of Essex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts,
mindful of the uncertainties of life, being of sound and
disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me
FIRST: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my
daughter, Ashley E. Hovan, of Manchester, New Hampshire, to be
my sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and I
direct that she be exempt from furnishing sureties on her. fee eee

official bond. In the event that Ashley E. Hovan ‘shall
predecease me, or is unable or unwilling to serve in that
capacity, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter,
Stephanie L. Hovan, £ Salisbury, Massachusetts, to be the
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and I direct that
she be exempt from furnishing sureties on her official bond
SECOND I direct that all my legally collectable debts,
funeral expenses and expenses of administration be fully paid as
soon as practicable after my decease
THIRD: I direct that all estate, inheritance, transfer,
succession and other similar taxes, including any interest and
penalties thereon, which shall become payable with respect to
any property required to be included in my taxable estate,
whether passing under my Will or otherwise, shall be paid out of
my general estate as an administration expense, without
proration or apportionment against any recipient of such
property
FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, + ~
residue and remainder of my entire estate, both real and
personal of whatsoever nature and wheresoever located, of which
I shall be seized or possessed, or to which I may be entitled or
to which I may have power to dispose of at death,
my to my
children, Ashley E. Hovan, Stephanie L. Hovan, and Eric J.
Hovan, per capita.
FIFTH Upon my passing, I desire to be cremated and my
ashes are to be released into the ocean
SIXTH: No person shall be deemed to have survived me, or
any other person or event under the terms of this Will unless
such person survives the end of the period commencing with the

close of the calendar day of my death, the death of such other
person or on which such event occurs, and ending with the close
of the thirtieth (30th) calendar day thereafter.

We, who have subscribed our names as witnesses to the
foregoing Will, make solemn oath that the Testator signed the

of us; that Testator published and declared the same to be
Testator's Last Will; that we each signed our names as witnesses
at Testator's request, in Testator's presence and in the
presence of each other; and, that at the time of executing this
Will the said Testator was to the best of our knowledge and
belief, 18 or more years of age, of sound and disposing mind and
memory, and free from undue influence. This Affidavit is made
