       Scott L. Bunnell having filed his Motion to Withdraw his appearance on behalf of the

Defendant, and the Court being duly advised in the premises now grants said Motion.

Accordingly, Scott Bunnell’s appearance is hereby withdrawn. The Clerk is hereby ordered

to remove the name of Scott Bunnell from the record and service list in this matter.
