A Hybrid Mediation/Non-binding Arbitration in this case has been scheduled for February 24,
2024 and a Notice of Hybrid Mediation/Non-binding Arbitration was filed on September 26,
2023.
Plaintiff’s deadline for Disclosure of Fact Witnesses was October 22, 2023, and Disclosure of
Expert Witnesses is December 4th
Defendants’ deadline for Disclosure of Fact Witnesses is November 6th, 2023, and Disclosure of
Expert Witnesses is not until January 3 , 2024. Defendant, SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY
OF ILLINOIS, complied and filed its Witness List on October 31
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, STEPHANIE STABRYLLA, and Defendants, ELIZABETH
WHITKOPF and SAFECO INSURANCE COMPANY, respectfully request that the Court waive
their appearance at the Status Hearing on November 9, 2023 as all parties are currently in
