                      ORDER ON PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR BRIEFING SCHEDULE

                THIS MATTER came before the Court at a thirty-minute special-set hearing on March 4,

       2024, on Plaintiffs, Cody Kerns, Kerns Capital Management, Inc., and WFTMB Holdings, LLC’s,

       Motion for Protective Order and for Briefing Schedule Related to Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss

       [Docket Entry No. 159] (the “Motion”). The Court having reviewed the Motion, Defendants’

       Response in Opposition to the Motion [Docket Entry No. 164], and Plaintiffs’ Reply in Support of

       the Motion [Docket Entry No. 169], and having heard argument of counsel, it is hereby:


                ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

             1. The Motion, as it relates to Plaintiffs’ request for briefing schedule related to Defendants’

               Motions to Dismiss, is GRANTED.

             2. Plaintiffs shall file their responses in opposition to Defendants FXWinning, Ltd, Rafael Brito

               Cutie, and David Merino’s, Motions to Dismiss Amended Complaint [Docket Entry Nos.

               105, 106, and 107] on or before March 20, 2024.

             3. Defendants shall file their replies in support of their Motions to Dismiss Amended Complaint

               on or before March 29, 2024.

        4. The parties shall secure a 30-minute slot to hear the motions to dismiss within 30 days of this

          order.
